M404 is a combination adjuvant containing M402 and a molecular adjuvant. Inclusion of a molecular adjuvant  will help to augment the cellular and antibody responses to antigens adsorbed to aluminum hydroxide. M404 is a Light blue clear and transparent liquid, and does not form precipitates upon long-term storage. M404 is found safe and effective in several animal species including mice, guinea pigs, and pigs. M404 has the same physical properties and applications of M402 adjuvant.

M404 is supplied at 10mg/ml.
