This product is a combination adjuvant containing two molecular adjuvants from plant sources formulated into 50-100nm liposomal nanoparticles. The product is a light yellow suspension, non-toxic, metabolizable, and odorless the content of effective ingredients is 7.5 mg/ml. When formulated with an antigen, the adjuvant and antigen forms immune stimulating complex targeting draining lymph nodes. As an adjuvant, this product can promote both cellular and humoral immune responses. The adjuvants has been applied to recombinant proteins and inactivated vaccines, such as foot-mouth disease vaccine.
